The Mike Osborne Band: Thursday July 21st @ 7pm
The Mike Osborn Band is a unique blend of classic rock, blues and country with an occasional Celtic accent thrown in (oh, did I mention unique?).
Always soulful, always danceable, always with a concert stage presence and audience interaction, the entire band delivers on multiple levels all at the same time.
From its boot scootin’ boogie dance songs to its weepy ballads, Mike has plenty of diversity yet his passionate, masterful guitar playing ties it all together.
The Fixers: Friday July 22nd @ 7pm
The Fixers covers a wide variety of music. They are sure to get people up off their feet and dancing to old and modern pop tunes. Basically, the band plays anything that people like to hear. The Fixers play Americana, Country, Pop, and R n B music. The group is composed of Ariana Rice (Vocals and Acoustic Guitars), Jon Jimmerson (Guitars, Steel, and Vox), Matt Quillen (Bass Guitar), and Jeff Hazen (Drums). Each member of the band has been a full time performing artist as somepoint in their lives.
Fog City Swampers: Saturday July 23rd @ 7pm @ GARAGE PATIO STAGE
The Fog City Swampers have been Rocking Northern California and beyond since 2003. The band puts on a high energy show that's sure to get people moving on the dance floor. Along with classics by artists like Lynyrd Skynyrd, CCR, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder, and Johnny Cash, audiences can also expect to hear more contemporary songs by such bands as The Civil Wars, Zac Brown Band, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Black Keys, and many more. Tony Lindsay & Spangalang: Saturday July 23rd @ 7pm @ MARKET PLAZA STAGE
Tony Lindsay, who was born in Kingston, New York, now calls San Francisco his home, is back in the SANTANA lineup. He first toured with SANTANA in 1991 and can be heard on the 1992 release, Milagro. When not touring with SANTANA, he sings for Spang-a-Lang, a local R&B/Jazz/Pop group he founded that has opened for several well-known acts, including Curtis Mayfield, Jr. Walker, Tower of Power, and Average White Band, to name a few.
As an individual, Tony has recorded or performed with several artists, including Tevin Campbell, O'Jays, Al Jarreau, Steve Winwood, Johnny Gill, Teddy Pendergrass, Aretha Franklin, and Lou Rawls.
The Scott Cooper Duo: Sunday, July 24th @ 1pm
Multi-instrumentalist Scott Cooper is a veteran of the San Francisco Bay Area music scene. Though best known for playing rhythm guitar in the popular Grateful Dead tribute the China Cats, Scott is has his hands in multiple projects simultaneously. His own band Scotty & the Barrelmakers showcases his songwriting in a jam band setting. Scott's solo debut "A Leg Trick" (2012) reached #5 on the jam band radio charts, despite no label or publicity support. He has been playing bass with Bay Area jam band the Gary Gates Band for over decade and plays on Gary's heralded CD "San Gregorio General Store" produced by John Nowland (Neil Young, Jewel). Scott’s other current projects include bluegrass combo The Intangibillies, as well as performing solo and duo gigs. An in-demand sideman, Scott has also worked with the Banana Slug String Band, Stu Allen, Jim Lewin, as well as members of the Doobie Brothers, Jefferson Starship, David Grisman Quintet. Scott has performed with Donna Godchaux (former singer for the Grateful Dead) and Melvin Seals (Jerry Garcia Band).
