The Arroz Tapado (Covered Rice) is prepared in many parts of South America but originated in north Peru. This simple dish is one of the most popular dishes in the Peruvian gastronomy.
The class will be held Saturday, August 29th from 12PM - 2PM and will also be recorded for access after the livestream. Vegan and Vegetarian cooks are also welcome as tofu and/or vegetables can be substituted for steak.
