Johnny Neri: Tuesday, September 18th @ 6:00pm
They perform popular, vintage, classic rock songs from the 60s through the 90s. Since its inception in 2010, The Johnny Neri Band has rapidly grown in popularity after exploding on the music scene.
Primary Colors: Wednesday, September 19th @ 6:00pm
They magically combine southern soul and classic jazz styles with the grooves and blues – performing their originals and favorites from Jimmie Davis and Nat King Cole to Al Green and Marvin Gaye. Their treatments are so unique that you feel you are hearing even classic songs for the first time. While they impress hard-core jazz lovers, they tap into the souls of anyone who loves the great vibes and surprises that come with every jam session.
Harold Fethe: Thursday, September 20th @ 6:00pm
Harold Fethe is a jazz and rock guitarist with skill, soul, and versatility. He was a founding member of Indigo Swing, a swing revival band that played top San Francisco venues during their mid-1990s heyday, and also appeared with his acoustic-rock band at the legendary Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, sharing bills with Boz Scaggs, John Lee Hooker, Maria Muldaur and others.
Legally Blue: Friday, September 21st @ 7:00pm (Market Plaza Stage)
We love the blues, and we try to keep it authentic and solid. If you like your blues straight-ahead, with maybe a dash of jazz, and you like the classic Hammond B3 and vintage guitar tones...we think you'll dig what we do.
Lara Price: Friday, September 21st @ 9:00pm (Garage Bar)
Price discovered the power of music at the tender age of 6, when she started taking piano lessons in England with legendary 80’s music innovator Howard Jones. At the age of 12 she found her singing voice. Price was influenced and encouraged by her junior high and high school choir teacher, Blake Olmstead. She continued her vocal studies operatically with Dr. Lynn Berg at BSU. She arrived in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1997 to pursue her dream of singing in a band. By 1998, Price began running her own blues jam at JJ’s Blues in San Jose, and was featured in an inspiring article about blues jams in the September issue of the Blues Revue Magazine. The journey of Lara’s blues band (The Lara Price Band) includes tours across the United States and China. It also includes five CD’s that Price has produced, co-written, and is featured playing drums, guitar, and back up vocals. Lara and her band have shared the bill with R&B legends, Etta James, James Brown, Buddy Guy, Leon Russell and many more.
