is a multi-instrumentalist, accomplished on the piano and trapset as well as world and orchestral percussion. However, his true talent is exhibited on his instrument of choice, the vibraphone. Confirmed when Downbeat Magazine awarded him "Outstanding Solo Jazz Performer". Christian currently leads the critically acclaimed Christian Tamburr Quartet, a four- piece acoustic jazz group. From 2006 till 2008 Christian toured around the world as pianist and musical director for Latin vocal legend Julio Iglesias. In 2008 Christian joined Cirque du Soliel as a Musical Director for a new production to be opened in Macao, China. Christian currently holds the principle residency as pianist at the Aria Resort and Casino at City Center in Las Vegas NV.

presents an eclectic repertoire spanning global genres and generations of musical masters. He performs music from films, original songs, and the work of some of the greatest songwriters around the world. The New York Times recognizes Dominick as “having the prepossessing charm and lyrical instinct of a jazz pop-star,” and Quincy Jones says of Dominick's musical depth, "This kid is 360 degrees!"
He is the recipient of the International New Star Award (along with Diana Krall and Christian McBride) and the Disney New Star Award, and was first discovered by Wynton Marsalis when he was just 17. After appearing on PBS with Marsalis, Dominick attended The Juilliard School in NYC. In addition to touring internationally with his band, he created an innovative music outreach program for the Tommy Lipuma Center for Creative Arts in his native town of Cleveland, reaching over 3,000 kids in its inaugural year.
